PAYMENT INFO AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at time of
booking, paid either with VISA, Master Card or check.
Full payment is due and payable no later than 14 days prior to
sailing and is not refundable.
Reservations may be canceled at any time PRIOR to the 14 days
of sailing charter for any reason with a full refund,
excluding the 25% non-refundable deposit.
In the event of any weather conditions, favorable or
unfavorable, "rain-checks" or vouchers will be given for
unused portion of charter for any future date (up to one
year). Vouchers may be assigned to a third party, and
transferred with advance notice and upon availability. Third
party must present ID, and sign off on the voucher for receipt
of charter.
